HemaQuest's products and technologies address markets where there are few available therapeutics and patients have poor prognoses and shortened lifespans. Similar to other drugs in hematology and oncology that address unmet medical needs, it is likely that our products will command a high price if they prove effective. The Company recognizes that additional resources may help to successfully complete development and commercialize HQK-1001 for sickle cell and beta thalassemia. It will consider a variety of partnering relationships including co-promotion, co-marketing and licensing deals. Outside the United States, the Company intends to find partners for HQK-1001 and its other products.

HemaQuest is interested in executing a co-development partnership for its proprietary multi-drug therapeutic approach for treating viral-associated malignancies with a primary focus on Epstein-Barr virus associated lymphomas.
